Our aim is to have your items back to you within 7-10 working days, if it's a simple job such as a battery, glass or re-stringing of a watch or jewellery item the time frame will be sooner. We believe excellent customer service and trust is paramount to ensure the best possible experience with us. All serviced watches come with a 1 year guarantee on the movement, if a watch is not waterproof, the guarantee will not cover the damage if water gets into the watch.
